Meet the Line-Ward Team

If you’ve ever called Line Ward then you’ve likely spoken to Bob, our longest standing employee! Over the years Bob has been involved in every aspect of the business from hands on assembly, to sales, inventory & innovation.

Roger started with Tri Ward in 1984 installing telephone cable drops across the state of New York. His hands on experience with the line layer and drop industry made his transition into Line Ward seamless in 1991. Roger is now the Operations manager overseeing production of L2’s, distribution and customer relations.

Daughter of founder Gene Ward, Cheryl, has lead Line Ward through the transition into the fiber drop industry and helped expand the business further into the irrigation and landscaping industry.

Jake the welder has applied his expert craftsmanship to building blades at Line Ward as well as providing essential welding and machining needs for our manufacturing operation. Most parts off the L2 are made in house and pass through Jake’s hands.
